Eligibility & Maintenance Requirements

To qualify for benefits under the Loyalty Certificate:

You must maintain your vehicle according to the maintenance schedule in the manufacturer’s owner’s manual.
Engine oil and filter changes must be completed within 1,000 miles of the manufacturer’s recommended interval.
All required services and repairs must be performed at Allen Mello Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Nashua, NH.
Coverage Limitations

The Loyalty Certificate applies only to:

Qualified vehicles purchased at Allen Mello Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Nashua, NH
The original purchasing customer
Coverage cannot be transferred to any other person or subsequent owner
Vehicles Not Eligible for the Program

The Engine for Life Loyalty Program is not available for:

Commercial vehicles
Pickup trucks equipped with snowplows
Diesel engines
Electric vehicles
Hybrid components of hybrid vehicles
High‑performance engines (SRT, Hellcat, 392)
Engines modified beyond manufacturer specifications
Used vehicles more than 6 years old or with over 60,000 miles at time of delivery
Vehicles over 1 ton, RVs
Vehicles with rebuilt or modified powertrains, modified suspension, or tires more than two sizes over factory‑allowed specifications
Vehicles with branded titles (salvage, junk, lemon, rebuild, flood, fire, inoperative odometer, water damage) after original sale date.
Vehicles for which any portion of the manufacturer’s warranty has been applied for or canceled
Maintenance Requirement Reminder

To receive benefits:

All manufacturer‑recommended oil and filter changes must be performed at Allen Mello CDJR within 1,000 miles of the recommended interval.
Keep receipts and documentation for all maintenance.
Failure to provide verifiable maintenance records may result in denial of coverage.
Covered parts, all internally lubricated parts, engine block, heads, and intake manifold, water pump, thermostat, and thermostat housing.
