2015 Chrysler Town and Country vs. 2015 Honda Odyssey

If you're looking for a great vehicle for your family that contains plenty of great standard features, there's a good chance you're looking at minivans such as the 2015 Chrysler Town & Country and the 2015 Honda Odyssey. For your convenience, we've taken the time to compare these vehicles in terms of standard comfort and convenience along with entertainment features they offer.

Comfort and Convenience

The 2015 Chrysler Town & Country offers an extensive list of standard features, including second- and third-row Stow 'n Go seats with third-row tailgate seats, leather-trimmed bucket seats, a removable center front seat console, and second-row bucket seats that fold into the floor. You also have the convenience of 115- and 12-volt auxiliary power outlets, three-zone climate control, an interior observation mirror, sliding power doors, power windows, rear grocery bag hooks, and a universal garage door opener. The leather-wrapped shift knob and steering wheel add to the Town & Country's feeling of luxury.

However, the 2015 Honda Odyssey offers a less inclusive list of standard features. The minivan does have power windows, power door locks, front bag hooks, a 12-volt power outlet, and a 60/40 split third-row seat. But with the Odyssey, you'll miss out on the power doors, 115-volt power outlet, three-zone climate control, and universal garage door opener that you can get with the Town & Country.

Entertainment

The 2015 Chrysler Town & Country offers great standard entertainment features, including a 6.5-inch touchscreen display, 40 GB hard drive with 28 GB of available storage, a 430 AM/FM/CD/DVD/MP3/HDD radio system, a one-year complementary subscription to SiriusXM satellite radio, an audio jack input for mobile devices, Bluetooth streaming audio, a remote USB port, steering wheel-mounted audio controls, and Uconnect voice command with Bluetooth.

The 2015 Honda Odyssey comes standard with a 240-watt AM/FM/CD audio system with Bluetooth streaming audio, a USB interface, and an auxiliary input jack. However, you'll miss out on the excellent Uconnect voice command with Bluetooth as well as the DVD and HDD compatibility, not to mention the SiriusXM satellite radio compatibility.

When you take the time to compare the 2015 Chrysler Town & Country against the 2015 Honda Odyssey, be sure to look for the features that are most important for you and your family. When you have a large family, comfort and entertainment are likely at the top of your list. Chrysler is known for its extensive line of luxury vehicles as well as their safe and reliable vehicles.
